What is included in the purchase package?

All our purchase packages include a GSM cell phone with our universal Sim World SIM card that works in over 200 countries worldwide. Italso includes a European (round pin) wall plug charger.

In what countries can I get Free Incoming calls?

Incoming calls are free in many countries in Europe and around the world. Check out our rate table to see all Free roaming countries.

What are my up front charges?

We only charge the shipping costs, and cell phone purchase price up front. You will never run out of credit or need to buy recharge vouchers.

Your airtime charges will be charged once it reaches $30 in usage.

 Are there any hidden charges?

We have no hidden fees, connection fees, or mysterious charges. All our charges are presented to you up front in an easy to read format with no small print.

What is the service life of my universal Sim International SIM/Cell phone?

Your SIM/phone will remain active for as long as we can charge your credit an annual renewal fee of $30 which goes towards your calling credit (the renewal fee is not a fee, it's a charge towards usage).

Is the universal Sim phone unlocked and ready to use?

Our phones are designed to work with our SIM card only. Our phone is ready to use, there is nothing you need to do in order to activate theservice. Your phone will arrive to you ready to go.

Do you offer universal plug adapters for countries other than Europe?

Yes. We do offer adapters for countries other than Europe. Make sure to order them on the online order form.

What number will my phone be based in?

Our phone numbers are based in the UK. Our phones have one number but they work in over 200 countries. An optional USA based number can be added (see below).

Is there a way to get a USA based phone number for my phone?

Yes. you can Add a USA/Canada phone number to your phone for $15.00/Per year, and an additional $0.49/min, on top of your incoming call charges (for example: if your incoming calls are free, you pay only $0.49/min. for incoming calls when using theUSA/Canada phone number but pay nothing when using your International phone number). remember there is a charge even when your voicemail picks up.

Do you offer voicemail service on your phones?

Yes. Voicemail is a FREE service that comes with every cell phone. You can access your voicemail from anywhere in the world.

How long will it take to receive my phone and what are my shipping costs?

Orders received before 4pm Monday-Thursday and Friday until 1pm EST will be shipped out the same day. Expedited and urgent delivery options are available on the online order form. Shipping costs run between $21-$35 round trip (depending on where you live and how fast you need the phone).

Do you provide data services?

Sorry, we do not support data services while roaming at this time. Only voice services and basic text messaging is currently supported.

How much does it cost to send text messages?

Text messages from your universal Sim phone back to the US or Internationally are 59 cents for each text message from most countries. Incoming text messages to your universal Sim phone are free. Please note: there are some carriers that restrict incoming text messages from abroad.

Do you ship to Canada?

We do ship to Canada. Canadian shipments are $25 per phone (This does not include duty charges that might be imposed by Canada Customs).

I want to make sure it works before I leave. Can I try it before my trip?

Depending on which purchase package you select, most phone packages will work in the USA and Canada.

How much does it cost to call my International number from the USA?

This answer is totally up to your long distance provider (Usually it's about $0.20-$0.30/min). The best way to know would be to call up your long distance provider and ask them "how much would it cost to call a UK cell phone" (calling cell phones in Europe are much more expensive than calling a landline)

How would I call my International cell phone from a European phone?

The correct number to dial from most international locations is 00 44 xxxx xxxx or +44 xxxx xxxx (some phones have a plus sign which can be used instead of 00).
